The Real Estate Millionaire Coaching program is led by Seewing Yee, Master Real Estate and Financial Coach.

Seewing Yee has a Bachelors degree in Accounting (B.B.A.) and a Masters degree in Taxation (M.S.) and is the founder of the Yee Real Estate Network.  Mr. Yee has served in the US Army and is retired with 20 years of faithful service.  Ten of those years were spent in active duty and the remaining ten in the National Guard Reserve.

IMPORTANT

Minimum requirements to qualify for participation in the Real Estate Millionaire Coaching program are:

•  Salary of 60K+

•  Home equity of 100K+

•  Additional savings from potential stock and mutual fund liquidations

•  FICO score of 700+

•  Cash reserves of $20,000+ (HELOC ok)

Occasional exceptions to the above are made on a case by case basis.
