Seewing Yee has a Bachelors degree in Accounting (B.B.A.) and a Masters degree in Taxation (M.S.) and is the founder of the Yee Real Estate Network. Mr. Yee has served in the US Army and is retired with 20 years of faithful service. Ten of those years were spent in active duty and the remaining ten in the National Guard Reserve.
Mr. Yee also has 15 years of financial planning experience with American Express Financial Advisors and Waddell & Reed Financial Services prior to founding his real estate network in 2005. He has also operated a credit restoration company for over 20 years. Mr. Yee is an active real estate investor who owns many investment properties throughout the U.S.

Lorraine D. Evans, CPA, MST, began her practice in Sacramento in 2007 after many years of working for local and regional accounting firms. Her company focuses primarily on tax planning, consulting and preparation, as well as general accounting services.
She assists in minimizing the tax consequences of doing business and of personal financial transactions through careful tax planning. This is accomplished by extensive dialogue and close communication with clients to ensure they are aware of potential issues and transactions that may affect current or future tax obligations.

Brian Davis, a Self-Directed IRA specialist, has been serving California since graduating from UC Santa Barbara in 2001. Having previously worked with many reputable companies within the mortgage industry and insurance industry, he has focused on the Self-Directed IRA industry since 2009. The opportunities with Accuplan as Director of Business Development for the last couple of years along with his involvement with Retirement Checkbook have cemented Brian as a trusted advisor in the Self-Directed retirement arena.
With over a dozen years of experience in financial services, Brian brings a wealth of knowledge not just on self-directed retirement planning, but also on life insurance, annuities, real estate investing, trust deed investing, Crowd Funding, and personal financing amongst others. Jason Gautreau has a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Masters in Business (MBA) from Westminster College in Salt Lake City. He moved to Salt Lake City in 1998 for an engineering job and through a winding twisting road ended up as a mortgage lender. He has been in the mortgage and real estate business since 2002 as an originating manager and has his CMB designation from the Mortgage Bankers organization. He has worked with countless investors and owner occupants in securing financing for their properties as well as being an investor himself.
